Clinical Services Offered

I enjoy helping people find their inner happiness and meaning in life by identifying the change they wish to see in their lives, as well as their willingness to make these changes. With an authentic and genuine concern and interest in the people I work with, I aim to build a healthy therapeutic relationship. This allows us the opportunity to work together to address issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, chronic or terminal illness, and life’s transitions.

I use an existential analysis approach, which helps clients to find their inner consent and happiness, regardless of the conditions experienced. I help clients explore the subconscious and unconscious forces that influence their behavior, thoughts, and emotions. I am also trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), which is helpful in treating trauma and anxiety.

I provide office-based and in-home counseling to adults within Maricopa County.

I see clients weekly or bi-weekly for 50 minute individual sessions with availability on evenings and some weekends.

My hourly fee is $120*, with a sliding fee scale available on an as needed basis.

*Fee may vary based on distance for in-home counseling.

Services are also available in Spanish.
